What I’ve Learned About Making Things in 5+ Years of Building From Scratch
A decade ago, I started my programming journey. In the past years, I’ve developed several projects from scratch, and recently I launched my own company in the field of artificial intelligence.
Chances are, you’ve come across posts like this before. I have. Often, the information presented in this kind of articles seemed either obvious or too vague to resonate with me, that’s because:
Yet, there were instances when a particular idea would stick in my mind, compelling me to incorporate it into my own work.
We each have our unique perspectives, and only a fraction of what you’ll read in this post may directly resonate with you… But maybe (and hopefully) something can be useful :)
Improving the transfer of your ideas from your mind to the world is crucial.
Ensure that your development environment is well-built, and establish a robust development workflow.
Be in sync with the machine, you will be able to test your hypothesis in a blink of an eye.
Although your choice of tech stack alone does not determine the success of your projects, it does play a pivotal role in their growth and evolution. Choose the stack you are most familiar with, even if it’s not the “optimal final solution”, you will be building a lot faster.
