Termed the Community Builders Program, it’s envisioned to provide a structured framework for 1inch supporters to contribute their expertise and set up local hubs to nurture and expand the 1inch community.With over 4.5 million users and a continuously expanding user base, 1inch boasts a significant reservoir of untapped support and resources. Given its diverse product range, the time is ripe for advocates who can contribute to its growth, assist during bear markets, and help shape its trajectory. Establishing a community builders program is an endeavor to unite 1inch supporters and DeFi enthusiasts under a common mission. This initiative intends to make the most of the global support accumulated by 1inch over the years while fostering a sense of belonging, particularly in an increasingly digital world.The Community Builders Program embraces a decentralized contribution model. Builders are empowered to define their roles according to their skills, set tangible targets, and, most importantly, they’ll be recognized and rewarded for their contributions. Builders embark on an onboarding process to understand 1inch, select projects or tasks, and ensure diligent documentation of their progress and outcomes. Decentralization is maintained as proposals are reviewed by the DAO or program head.
