The Best Way to Form A Habit
I’ve always tried to form good habits. Things like reading books, but I never had the attention span to complete one. I’ve tried every habit-forming hack in the book, from positive reinforcements to daily rituals. But nothing worked. Until something did. Since a few years, I’ve formed habits that I’m really proud of. Habits like meditating every day and exercising regularly. The thing is, once I discovered the secret to forming habits I couldn’t stop. I’ve been consistently working out for 7 years now. The one thing that happened after working out for so many years (even when I did not see any improvement) was that I fell in love with the process. I now look at fitness as a lifestyle, not a task. And that is how you form a habit. By falling in love with the process.
