Magic is an interesting word to me because there’s two places that my brain goes when I think of it. On the one hand is sleight of hand. It’s tricking someone it’s manipulating someone into believing something that’s not true,…But when I think of magic I think of the way someone does something that for them is deeply easy. I’m one of those people that could, go into a kitchen and turn four eggs and salt and noodle into something magical,I mean, it just seems like magic.…I’ve watched women on freaking tiktok who take a hammer and a nail and whatever..and they’ve literally built something beautiful. That to me, that’s magic. Someone who actually has the kind of gift, that can turn a pile of dirt into a home, like transform — literally ,not in some sleight of hand manipulative lying way — but can genuinely turn, flour and water into bread and feed everybody that to me is magic.I was immediately entranced when I saw her on social media a couple of years ago. She spoke words of wisdom that my heart recognized immediately. She also has captivating charisma, and her voice is like honey.I’m so grateful that she agreed to be a guest on my podcast. Please subscribe to Empower Your Magical Self wherever you get your podcasts to learn more about my inspiring guests — and how you can empower your magical self.
