I used to stay completely away from any and all music when I tried to focus and work. I stuck dogmatically to one golden productivity law:
But I realised not even this golden rule applies in all scenarios.
I decided to try and find a way to use music to enhance productivity, focus, and well-being while working (and studying).
I experimented with random protocols, and science-based recommendations to come to the ultimate conclusion…
Music can be a viable and effective tool for all of the above, but it’s not so cut and dry as saying “Just play music and you’ll see good results.”
I’m going to share with you the science behind how you can best use music to your advantage, and things you should be wary of based on my experiences.
